These community advocacy organizations may provide assistance to consumers and families seeking appeals, or at person-centered planning meetings, or other proceedings of MCCMH. These agencies are independent of MCCMH.

Effective March 31, 2024, live Customer Service agents will be available Monday – Friday 8:00 am-8:00 pm (closed all county holidays, except New Year’s Day).

There will be a phone tree available after-hours to guide callers accordingly.

The Crisis Center will still be available 24/7/365 to assist callers experiencing a mental health crisis at 988 or 586-307-9100.
