MCCMH is excited to announce: Amyre Makupson, with CBS News Detroit will be the Emcee for its Mental Health Matters Awards event.

“Therapy helped me when I was unable to help myself. It was life-changing. I can only imagine how much suffering could have been avoided if I had received help sooner. It’s okay to not be okay, because with the right mental health resources available, life can and will get better. I’m living proof!”
