The MCCMH North location is also open for walk-ins until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesdays.
MCCMH has four other locations that provide specialty services to help meet your mental health, substance use, medical, and physical healthcare needs. These specialty services include Child and Family focused services at MCCMH Children’s, Outpatient and Intellectual/Developmental Disability services at MCCMH West, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) program at MCCMH Central, and Clubhouse program at Crossroads.

Effective March 31, 2024, live Customer Service agents will be available Monday – Friday 8:00 am-8:00 pm (closed all county holidays, except New Year’s Day).
There will be a phone tree available after-hours to guide callers accordingly.
The Crisis Center will still be available 24/7/365 to assist callers experiencing a mental health crisis at 988 or 586-307-9100.
