CROSSROADS CLUBHOUSE

What is Crossroads Clubhouse?

Crossroads Clubhouse is a welcoming space where adults with severe and persistent mental illness can learn skills, gain confidence, and build community.

Crossroads supports recovery by following the Clubhouse Model of psychosocial rehabilitation. A core part of its approach is the Work-Ordered Day, a structured schedule that follows the pattern of a usual workday. Members and staff work side-by-side to carry out the daily operations of the Clubhouse, including:

  • Clerical tasks
  • Culinary services
  • Maintenance
  • Outreach

Working together helps members find purpose and respect one another while learning skills they can use for jobs and living on their own.
