There are also on-line resources. MCCMH has created a tip sheet,

and the CDC also has some helpful tips that might help you, people you know, or people you support.

Effective March 31, 2024, live Customer Service agents will be available Monday – Friday 8:00 am-8:00 pm (closed all county holidays, except New Year’s Day).

There will be a phone tree available after-hours to guide callers accordingly.

The Crisis Center will still be available 24/7/365 to assist callers experiencing a mental health crisis at 988 or 586-307-9100.
