Behavior Risk Factor Surveillance System is composed of annual, state-level telephone surveys from Michigan residents ages 18 and over data focusing on health risk behaviors, health indicators, and chronic diseases both at the state and local level. See the survey results and more here.

CDC Behavior Risk Factor Surveillance System is  the nation’s premier system of health-related telephone surveys that collect state data about U.S. residents regarding their health-related risk behaviors, chronic health conditions, and use of preventive services.
