MCCMH offers many supports and services to assist adults with mental illness who are homeless to begin or maintain their path to recovery and a stable home. Homeless Assistance Programs may include start-up funds to find a home, help to secure public benefits, connections to mental health or substance abuse treatment, and case management supports. Participants must agree to remain actively involved in mental health and/ or substance abuse treatment services. Homeless assistance programs are grant funded. For information about homeless services, contact the Homeless Assistance Coordinator at 586-466-8704; or call the Access Center at 586-948-0222.
